JOIN US IN HARRISBURG ON 1/27 & 1/28
Pennsylvania’s constitution contains an environmental rights amendment, Article 1, Section 27. Since its adoption in 1971, legislators and governors have largely ignored it.

It’s time for that to change.

The IPCC report on climate change released earlier this month is dire. We have 12 years left to address climate change. Meanwhile, industries continue to pollute Pennsylvania’s communities in myriad ways.

The Better Path Coalition invites you to join us in Harrisburg for two days of actions and events calling on our governor and legislators to uphold Article 1, Section 27 by taking aggressive action on climate change and the environmental destruction that has plagued out state for decades.
